Regarding SkyDev, my perspectives align very well with Imagine Meaford’s. Essentially, the land at the corner of Boucher and Fuller that SkyDev wants to build on is subject to a specialty policy in Meafor’d Official Plan that describes how it may be used.
In Imagine Meaford’s opinion, and my own, SkyDev’s proposal DOES NOT align with the Official Plan and it is incumbent on developers to design and build in compliance with these principles. Please click Imagine Meaford for more.
